The free audit service provided by Wanderus Technologies is for preliminary assessment purposes only and is based on the information and access provided by the client. The audit aims to identify potential areas for improvement in digital presence, SEO, and overall online strategy.
Wanderus Technologies makes no warranties regarding the completeness, reliability, or accuracy of the audit findings and shall not be held liable for any decisions or actions taken by the client based on the audit. The client retains sole responsibility for any business or operational decisions and for ensuring that any actions taken as a result of the audit comply with all relevant laws and regulations.
The free audit service does not constitute a formal business relationship between Wanderus Technologies and the client, and is offered on a no-obligation basis. By accepting the audit, the client agrees that Wanderus Technologies is not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that may arise from the use of the audit results.
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the provision of a free audit service (“Service”) offered by Wanderus Technologies (“Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”) and set forth the agreement between the Company and the recipient of the Service (“Client”, “you”). By requesting the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
The Service includes a preliminary assessment of the Client’s digital presence, user experience (UX), user interface (UI) design, conversion tracking mechanisms, search engine optimization (SEO) effectiveness, marketing materials, and other related touchpoints. The goal is to provide a comprehensive conversion rate optimization (CRO) report that will enable an overview on effectiveness of infrastructure, campaigns and/or property, if these are currently running.
Should you have a entirely new brand project without any infrastructure, a summarised roadmap of the brand direction, including but not limited to, brand name, marketing campaigns, campaign ideation and communications guides would be provided to the client.
The Service is priced at $300. Should the Client engage the Company for additional services post-audit, this fee will be credited to the Client’s account and discounted from the total fee of the service package.
The audit will be completed within fourteen (14) working days from the date of the Client’s request. Following the audit, a presentation meeting to discuss findings and recommendations will be scheduled within seven (7) days of request submission, contingent upon timely receipt of required information from the Client.
For a thorough audit, the Client may provide optional access to marketing accounts, including but not limited to Google Analytics and Google Ads. The Company will maintain the confidentiality of all Client information and will not retain any information or data post-audit unless a follow-up service contract is executed.
The Client may cancel the Service without penalty by providing notice at least forty-eight (48) hours prior to the scheduled audit. Cancellations made after this period may be subject to a cancellation fee.
The Company’s liability for any errors or omissions in the audit report is limited to the fee paid for the Service. Under no circumstances will the Company be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages.
The Client agrees to provide any necessary information and access required for the audit in a timely manner. Failure to do so may result in delays or incomplete findings in the audit report.
The Client is free to use the findings and recommendations from the audit report as they see fit. The Company claims no further rights to the strategies or data provided in the report once delivered to the Client.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
By requesting the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
